Product Quality Commitment and After-Sales Service Terms
1 Product Quality Commitment
1.1 During the warranty period, if any part is confirmed to be damaged due to material or manufacturing defects, and it is identified as a quality failure within the warranty scope, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
1.2 Our quality commitment applies only to the product itself. Other indirect losses incurred during user operation (such as work stoppage losses, reputation losses, other additional expenses, and economic losses) are not covered under the warranty.
1.3 This commitment does not include special requirements beyond those specified in the Operation and Maintenance Manual or the contract.

4.3 Damage caused by harsh operating environments or inappropriate working conditions that are not due to product quality.
4.4 Damage caused by accidents not attributable to product quality.
4.5 Damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters, etc.).
4.6 Consequential damage due to improper handling or continued use after a fault occurs – the company is only responsible for the original fault.

Fault Handling Procedure
In case of equipment problems, contact our after‑sales service department immediately, describe the fault phenomenon, and cooperate with preliminary diagnosis. We will dispatch a service engineer with spare parts for on‑site repair – within 48 hours for the Jiangsu‑Zhejiang‑Shanghai region. For simple faults (e.g., blown fuse, loose connector) that the user can replace by themselves, after confirmation by an engineer, the parts will be sent via SF Express as soon as possible to ensure normal operation.
5 Online Support
During the service period, all end customers of Mega Lift can enjoy web‑based and technical support services.
When a product fails, customers can log on to the Mega Lift official website to inquire about product services or request on‑site technical support. Services are limited to countries/regions where the purchased product and parts are supplied. The specific service period is shown in the quotation. After the period expires, online support will be provided according to Mega Lift service terms; if fees apply, customers will be notified immediately. Consumables such as wear parts, batteries, and accessories are subject to specific support terms.
